The aggregate liability of PTC® to you for all claims arising from the use of the Website and Materials is limited to $100.

Upon any breach, or suspected breach, by you of these Terms and Conditions, PTC® reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without notice, to immediately terminate your ability to access the Website and/or any other service provided to you by PTC®; to investigate and to involve and cooperate with law enforcement authorities and to pursue a civil action or criminal prosecution for any alleged or actual illegal activities involving this Website.
