If you have an instrument for calibration and or written certification. Please fill out the form by clicking on the link below. A PTC® associate will email you a 'Return Number'. Pack the unit and put the return number on the outside of the carton or on your packing slip.
Once we receive the unit, we will estimate the cost to repair and calibrate your instrument. If you require written certification, there is an additional cost. After the estimate is complete we will email you for your final approval. Certification prices do not include labor, adjustment, repairs, or replacement parts.
Turnaround time for most instruments is approximately one week; lab instruments can take up to 10 business days to complete. Please let us know if you have a deadline or upcoming audit so your instruments are given our top priority.
PTC Metrology™ will notify you by email when your instrument is due for recalibration, in accordance with the period of validity that your quality system specifies.
Calibration Intervals will be determined by the end user, based on frequency of use, severity of conditions, environmental factors, and other variables. The default calibration interval is 1 year.
