These instruments are engineered to accurately measure ambient air temperature within ±2% of full scale range. They are ideally suited for temperature-controlled food service cabinets.
These thermometers can also be used for monitoring the temperature of blanket warming storage cabinets, data storage rooms, cold rooms, laboratories, aircraft cabins, clean rooms, and large areas or volumes used in environmental testing.
