Designed primarily for the food industry, these digital thermometers feature outstanding accuracy and versatility. The durable probes and cables are attached for high accuracy and long service life.
These versatile, high-accuracy digital thermometers are available with four different attached probes. Handles and 32" long cables can withstand temperatures up to 400°F. All probes are constructed of materials that are safe for food contact. Probes are now field replaceable.
The thermometer will run up to 1000 hours on a single AA alkaline battery. All four models have switchable temperature ranges of -40°F to 500°F and -40°C to +260°C.
Instrument is sealed internally and externally against moisture, dirt, and other contaminants. Unit can be cleaned with a mild detergent and soft cloth. Five year limited warranty on instrument; one year limited warranty on probes.
