General Purpose Lab Stainless Steel Stem Thermometers Models 0.70, 0.70SP, 0.71, 0.72, 0.72M, & 0.72MM
The PTC® Models 0.70 and 0.70SP Stainless Steel Stem Thermometers have a head diameter of 1-11/16"; the 0.71 is 1-5/32"; and Models 0.72, 0.72M, and 0.72MM have a 2-5/16" head diameter.
Stem lengths range from 2-1/2" to 72".
These thermometers have stem diameters of 1/4" (6 mm) and fit all standard makes of thermowells. Thermowells should be used whenever the stem would be exposed to pressure, corrosion, or mechanical forces.
Standard mounting is 0.330" diameter plain bushing, optional 1/4" NPT or 1/2" NPT mounting are available.

Industrial S.S. Stem Thermometers Models 0.73, 0.73M, 0.73MM, 0.75
3" & 5" Back Connected
The Models 0.73 Stem Thermometers feature a head diameter of 3" and the Model 0.75 has a 5"diameter head. Stem lengths are available from 2-1/2" to 80". These thermomenters have an external reset for
easy recalibration when necessary. All of these models come standard with 1/2" NPT mounting, and are available with optional 1/4" NPT or 3/4" NPT mounting. Accuracy is ± 1% of full scale range.
These thermometers are available with optional silicone filling. Silicone-filled thermometers are offered for severe industrial applications, where vibration is a problem. The silicone also improves the
readability by reducing pointer flutter, and promotes faster temperature response.

Models 0.74 and 0.76 Bottom Connected Thermometers
PTC®s Models 0.74 and 0.76 Bottom Connected Stainless Steel Stem Thermometers have an accuracy of 1%° of full scale range. The Model 0.74 has a head diameter of 3" and the Model 0.76 is
5" in diameter. Stem lengths are available from 2-1/2" to 60". Both models have stem diameters of 1/4" (6 mm) and fit all standard makes of thermowells.
Both models come standard with 1/2" NPT mounting connection. Optional 1/4" NPT, and 3/4" NPT mounting connections are also available.
These models can be silicone filled, in any stem length, and any temperature range up to 300° (silicone filling with ranges over 300°F not recommended). All silicone-filled thermometers
come with a durable polycarbonate crystal.

Models 0.77 and 0.78 All Angle Stem Thermometers
The Models 0.77 and 0.78 Stainless Steel Stem Thermometers feature a dial head that can be turned or tilted to any angle. The dial head can be tilted by loosening the two pivot screws on
either side of the clamping brackets. Two nut-and-bolt assemblies allow the head to be turned 360°
Accuracy of these thermometers is ±1% of full scale range. An allen setscrew located behind the head of the instrument enables the user to recalibrate if necessary.
The stem is 1/4" (6 mm) in diameter and fits all standard makes of thermowells. Thermowells should be used whenever the stem would be exposed to pressure, corrosion, or mechanical forces.
These models can be silicone filled, in any stem length, and any temperature range up to 300°F (silicone filling with ranges over 300°F not recommended). All silicone-filled thermometers

The instruments are individually calibrated and can be set exactly to any desired working temperature. Accuracy of these instruments is ±1% of full scale range.
Minimum immersion length is 2" in liquids and 4" in gases. Minimum immersion for 25°F to 125°F range is 3-1/2" in liquids and 5" in gases.
