PTC® Temp-Plates and Thermo Labels, Irreversible Temperature Labels
1,3,4,5 and 8 Increments
PTC® Temp-Plates model 612 series, are small self adhesive irreversible temperature recording labels. The labels contain four sealed temperature sensitive chemical indicators
which turn permanently and irreversibly from silver to black at the rated temperature. Response time is less than 1 second with an accuracy of ±1%. PTC® Temp-plates are
available from stock in the ranges listed below.

Irreversible Temp-Plates® are the perfect
tattletale for warranty abuse. They are specifically
designed for overheat detection of computer
installations, electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical
equipment. However, other applications include
monitoring bearings, gear boxes, transmission
housings, radiators, heat exchangers, tubes,
transformers, resistors, circuit boards, transistors,
transformers, relays, generators, rectifiers, motor
casings and bearings, underground power lines,
engines, hydraulic systems, wheels, tires, brakes,
shocks, heating systems, pharmaceuticals,
pacemakers, foods, chemicals, and film.

The 612 Temp-Plates come in packages of 10.
