Durometer Constaloader™ Test Stands:

PTC®s line of Test Stands have been engineered for rapid, repetitive durometer hardness testing. These stands are easy to use and have been built to last for many years of service. The Test Stands are designed to provide the ASTM recommended forces for use with PTC®s Durometers and are also fully compatible with durometers of other manufacture and several mounting configurations. The ConstaLoader Test Stands are precision engineered with an oil-free airpot to give a smooth, controlled rate of descent as recommended by ASTM D2240. These stands and your durometer will make the most accurate readings with improved repeatability and reproduceability. Ideal for applications with multiple operators or where fatigue may be a factor in repeating durometer hardness measurements. Quality built using aircraft aluminum and hard anodized for a long lasting finish.

PTC®'s Test Stands can be custom engineered for measuring unique items or materials. Contact us with your specifications, we can design a test stand and durometer for your application.

PTC®'s Test Stands may be certified using NIST traceable standards. PTC Metrology™ is accredited by A2LA to ISO 17025 and ANSI/NCSL Z540-1. Cert no. 1896.01
