PTC Instruments offers pressure calibrators from DH Budenberg. The H540 series of hydraulic calibrators are a powerful range of instruments providing optimum features for industrial users. The H540 features a dual area hydraulic screw press which enables rapid priming at low pressure as well as fine adjustment at high pressure without the need for additional priming pumps. The unit is fitted with a safety valve which prevents overpressure being generated. The P540 series of pnuematic calibrators are a powerful range of instruments providing optimum features for industrial users. The P540 requires a gas supply slightly in excess of the maximum test pressure. This should be clean and dry, eg: Nitrogen cylinders. Pressure is controlled by means of precision soft seat inlet and vent valves. Fine adjustment is achieved using the in-built screw press.
Software

Units supplied with software which allows upload of all test data and the production of test records, certificates ect. Software can also be used to remotely control the unit to allow remote instrument setup and reading. The software runs under Windows 98, 2000 or XP. Data can be exported to Excel allowing the user full customization. The connection is RS232 and the lead is included in the software support kit.
