Shipments
Shipments are F.O.B. Los Angeles, California, USA
Delivery
Delivery of PTC® products are normally from stock and shipped the same day the order is received.
Breakage or Shortage
All orders are carefully packed by experienced personnel and delivered to our carrier in good condition. However, despite all precautions, some breakage and shortages may occur. Damaged shipments should be inspected as soon as received and not accepted until a notation is made by the carrier. A claim should be filed with the carrier. Always save original shipping cartons when filing. PTC® is not liable for damage in transit. Please notify PTC® if you believe you have a short shipment.

Calibration and Certification
PTC® offers a calibration and certification services to NIST traceable standards for temperature, humidity and pressure. Returns
Except as otherwise provided no material will be accepted for return after 30 days from date of shipment. To return merchandise, you must call PTC toll free at 877-782-2329 for a Return Authorization Number. No return will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. Include with your return a copy of your invoice or packing slip. All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging. Any claim for discrepancies in shipment must be made within 7 days. A 15% restocking charge ($10.00 minimum) on all returned instruments. Return Policy
Terms
First order is C.O.D., Prepaid or with credit card, Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Foreign orders are by advance payment of U.S. dollars drawn on a U.S. bank, or by wire transfer. All bank charges in the U.S. and foreign countries are for the buyers account.
