The waterproof Digital Probe Thermometer with minimum and maximum memory capability. It can be used where steam or condensation is a problem, or it can be completely submerged into water. The Model 11036 will record the lowest and highest temperature reached from last reset, between -58°F to 392°F (-50°C to 200°C) and is accurate from 1°F to ±1.8°F (±0.5°C ±1°C). This waterproof instrument is an ideal food service thermometer to verify dishwasher and holding temperatures for HACCP compliance.

The FlashCheck Jumbo Display  Digital Probe  Thermometer is a fast and accurate tool for use in quality control temperature checking of food and non-food items. The thermometer has a large, highly visible 1.5” x 0.5” (38mm x 12.7mm) LCD display, IP56-rated waterproofing and a small diameter probe that is ideal for checking temperature of “thin masses” of food, such as hamburger patties and chick/fish fillets, as recommended by FDA Food Code 4-302.12(B). The Jumbo Display Digital Probe Digital Thermometer is also compliant with U.S. Public Health Service Food Code 4-203 and HACCP requirements.  The thermometer comes with a removable pocket clip that has an integrated calibration screwdriver. The pocket clip is specifically designed for attaching the thermometer to the sleeve pockets on Chef jackets.  The thermometer is RoHS-compliant, N.I.S.T. traceable and with CE Mark.

The Model 12207

This Thermometer monitors air temperature levels inside freezers, refrigerators, display cases, water tanks, aquariums,  and coolers with the Min/Max Alarm Digital Thermometer. For a spot check or permanent installation, the Min/Max is an economical and convenient QA tool.

Its onboard internal sensor shows ambient air temperature, while the fast response stainless steel external sensor attached to a 10-ft (3 meter) cord shows the temperature to which it is exposed. Alarms can be set for high and low temperature readings.
